1. The Bidders List for this Project will be selected by NCSC, and bids will be accepted only from invited bidders after our initial assessment.
2. The Owner requests sealed, lump sum with segmented numbers, bids on the following Project from the bidders.
3. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to accept any bid deemed to their
   advantage.
